Merchandise Exchanges

We will only replace items that:

Arrive damaged

Arrive defective

Contain printing or manufacturing errors

Are incorrect due to fulfillment mistakes

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Incorrect size selection

Buyer's remorse

Normal wear and tear

Preference changes

Accidental damage after delivery

Once work has begun, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits reserve project space, scheduling availability, and resource allocation. If a client chooses not to proceed after paying a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
PROJECT ABANDONMENT
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, Blueprint Project Management LLC reserves the right to place the project on hold.
If communication ceases for more than 60 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned and closed without refund.
Any future work may require a new agreement and additional fees.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered, completed deliverables, consulting time, strategy sessions, or work already performed.
Any attempt to reverse payment for completed work may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Suspension of access to deliverables
-
Collections activity
-
Legal action where permitted by law
Blueprint Project Management LLC maintains records of communications, approvals, project milestones, and completed work.
